Products Offered
Glou Time, a brand owned by Inebriame, markets two categories of alcoholic beverages:
- Sparkling drinks with low alcohol content (4.5% vol.), made from wine and natural infusions.
- Sparkling wine with 12% vol.
These products are strictly intended for adults and must be consumed responsibly.
Photographs and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only and shall not incur Inebriame’s liability in case of variation.
Conditions of Sale
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older) at the time of purchase.
The Customer declares that they are of legal drinking age when placing an order.
The company reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this requirement.
Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via www.inebriame.fr.
Any order validated by the Customer implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Inebriame reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons (previous disputes, suspicion of fraud, etc.).
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery fees.
Inebriame reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
It is made online through secure payment methods (credit card, Stripe, etc.).
Banking data is not stored by Inebriame.
Delivery
Deliveries are carried out in mainland France only, after full payment of the order.
Delivery times are generally 3 working days from shipment.
Delivery costs are specified when ordering.
Inebriame shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products such as beverages.
Claims
Any claim must be submitted by email to contact@inebriame.fr within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
Liability
Inebriame shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for order management.
In accordance with the French “Informatique et Libertés” law and the GDPR, the Customer has a right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
Applicable Law – Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts.
